Lucille Forever will not be held accountable for shipping to an incorrectly entered address but we will do our best to assist you in sorting it out.
When will I receive my order? (US)
We ship orders usually within 7-14 business days, by Signed-For delivery.
This should arrive within 2-5 business days after postage, but please allow 15 days until getting in touch as per the terms of the service.
The most popular reason for a parcel not arriving is that the item has not been able to be signed for.
Please check if there was a while you were out card left as this will have instructions on rearranging delivery.
When will I receive my order? (International)
We ship orders usually within 7-14 business days, and where the country allows, Signed For delivery.
Usually this service arrives within 7-10 business days. Please allow this time before getting in touch.
I've used the wrong shipping address with my PayPal.
Lucille Forever cannot be held accountable for any incorrect address provided. You can use the contact form in the navigation bar if you need to change the postal address, although the order may already have been shipped.

RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original condition. Sale items are non-refundable. We will exchange the item on receipt, Alternatively, we will issue a refund excluding the original delivery charge. We do ask that you consider we are a small business and consider exchanging the size and / or the item instead :)

The item is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
